Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026

14-day refund

You can request a refund within 14 days of buying a tool, for any reason. This applies whether you are in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else. UK and EU consumers have this right by law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive); we offer the same window to everyone else as a matter of policy.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within a few working days of approval.

How to request one

Email stevenjparrett@gmail.comfrom the address you used to buy the tool, with the subject “Refund request”. We will reply to confirm and process the refund.

After the 14 days

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Two exceptions:

  • Defective or not-as-described tools. If a tool does not work as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or your local equivalent) still apply. Email us and we will fix the issue or refund you.
  • Tool discontinued. If we discontinue a tool, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and refund a fair share of the purchase price reflecting how soon after purchase the discontinuation happened. See Terms of Service for the detail.

Bring-your-own-key costs

Some tools require you to provide your own API key for a third-party service such as OpenAI. Any usage charges from that third party are billed directly to you and are not refundable by us.
